Steve brings 35 years of executive management experience to his consulting practice including key management roles with IBM, Activision, Bank of America, Lorimar Telepictures, PacTel Cellular (Air Touch), Health Net, Sony Pictures Entertainment and TVN Entertainment including 16 years as a CIO. Steve received an award from IBM for Outstanding People Management.

Steve is a strong leader who understands the relationship between I.T. and the business and is extremely effective in working with senior management in improving this relationship. He is skilled in leading, mentoring and improving effectiveness in large to small sized companies across multiple industries on a global scale as required.

Steve is currently a member of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association (PCMA), Los angeles Chapter, where he served as President for 2007 and 2008. He is also the Membership Chair for the Southern California Society for Information Management (SCSIM) where he has served on 9 boards over 15 years, including the role of chairman. Steve has also been associated with the Westside Center for Independent Living (WCIL) where he served as a board member and chairman for 3 years on their Computer Training Project and was recognized by WCIL as the Businessman of the Year. Steve has been a mentor at Women in Technology International (WITI).

Steve holds a BSEE from City College of New York and an MSOR (Operations Research) and an MBA in Marketing from New York University. Steve is a graduate of the Professional Coaching and Mentoring program from Cal State University, Long Beach. Steve is also certified to administer the Zenger Folkman 360 Extraordinary Leader instrument and is a distributor of DISC products for TTI. Steve is a Board Certified Coach.

Rick’s executive coaching focus is devoted to executive/organizational leadership and change management while increasing insight, effectiveness, and growth velocity.  He has a special interest in helping his clients to solve tough problems with innovative and actionable solutions. He is well known for his ability to teach leaders brilliant decision making techniques and increasing organizational insight.

Prior to founding Wright Consultancy Rick was a founding partner of Boca Counseling Center, Boca Raton, Florida. A full service private practice-counseling firm. Mr. Wright is a former board member of The International Coach Federation (ICF) – Los Angeles Chapter and is a current board member of Professional Coaches and Mentors Association (PCMA)-Los Angeles. Rick's clients include Disney, Sony Music, Wells Fargo Bank, Inc. Magazine, Cisco Systems, Sony Entertainment, Johnson & Johnson and Direct TV.

Rick holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and masters degree in social work (MSW). He is a member of Who’s Who in Colleges and Universities. Mr. Wright is also a graduate of Coach University, the worlds premiere coaching institute. He has conducted numerous facilitation and coaching specialty trainings.

Ken Larson

Ken Larson is a well known Human Resource consultant, facilitator, and executive coach.As a seasoned HR executive Ken has worked with many HR leaders and their organizations in refining their operations and helping them reach higher levels of respect and influence within their organizations. Prior to his coaching career, he spent 25 years as senior executive responsible for human resources and administration in Fortune 500 companies.He created and led Xerox Corporation’s executive development and coaching programs and was responsible for organization development and succession planning. He also managed their Compensation and Benefits, Personnel Policy, and Employment functions. At Deloitte, he initiated leadership development and mentoring programs for partner candidates. As Senior Vice President of Human Resources for First Interstate Bank of California (now Wells Fargo), he created the banks first succession planning program, executive coaching and mentoring initiatives.Ken also oversaw numerous merger and acquisition initiatives involving due diligence and integration activities.

Ken also has direct experience with entrepreneurial, private, and mid market public com­panies. He was the Chief Ad­ministrative Officer of the Candle Corporation, a privately held software company, responsible for global manufacturing, distribution, information technology, facilities, quality, and human resources. In this capacity, he gained hands on experience and valued insights into establishing and managing international HR operations throughout Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Ken is a graduate of Georgetown University and earned his MBA from the University of Rochester.

Active in the business and public community, Ken was on the Board of Directors of the Monroe County YMCA, the Orange County YMCA, the Rochester Council of the Girl Scouts of America, and the Monroe County United Fund.He is active as a volunteer with the Brentwood Presbyterian Church.He currently teaches coaching methodologies and personal transformation for the Professional Coach and Mentor Association (PCMA).

Betty’s many years in business are distinguished by significant accomplishments in a wide range of senior positions. She has served as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a South African telecommunications company, Executive Vice President of an Orange County IT Consulting firm, Global Alliance Executive for a Boston-based technology integration firm and Director of Business Development for a worldwide diversity consulting firm.

She has taught marketing at both the college and university levels. With such diverse experience her clients find her an excellent resource and mentor. She has managed profit and loss responsibility for $100M and more than 100 employees in diverse disciplines.  She continues to run two successful companies and knows first-hand the excitement and challenges that business leaders’ face.

Betty received her MBA from the Pepperdine University School of Business after earning a BS in Marketing from California State University, Los Angeles.  Betty is certified as a coach by the International Coach Federation and served as Past-President and national board member of the Professional Coaches and Mentor’s Association.

Noma Bruton

Noma Bruton is known for her expertise in human resources, process improvement and positioning the workforce for turnaround profitability.

An HR veteran of the financial services industry, Noma has collaborated with executives to successfully lead institutions through all stages of the business life cycle. Before founding Sagacity HR, she was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Pacific Mercantile Bank in Costa Mesa, CA, where she was recruited to develop and rollout a scalable HR strategy, laying the foundation for future growth. As Chief Human Resources Officer at Santa Barbara Bank & Trust during the Great Recession, Noma was a member of the executive team instrumental in the bank’s successful turnaround, leading to its acquisition by Union Bank.  She then co-led the Human Resources integration team, retaining an impressive 95% of key Santa Barbara Bank & Trust talent.

During her 20-year tenure with Bank of America, Noma provided HR leadership across a number of divisions. She enabled the rapid growth of a Southern California Wealth Management division, developing a vigorous recruitment strategy and reducing Financial Advisor turnover. She also built the Intellectual Capital & Property team within the Operational Risk division. During the NationsBank / Bank of America merger, Noma was a member of the merger and acquisition team.

Noma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Dallas, has attended the Executive Coaching Institute at the University of California, Berkeley, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. She is a Board Member of the South Orange County Chapter of the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA) and a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).  Noma serves on the CalSHRM Legislative Committee and is a SHRM A-Team Advocacy Captain for the CA – 36th District.

She currently partners with a team of highly experienced technology professionals providing strategic guidance and implementation support to small and large businesses. Leslie has led numerous I.T. assessments, project and capacity planning, and business process redesign efforts.

Leslie is well known for her focus on customer satisfaction and her ability to build strong business partnerships. Over the years, Leslie has consistently delivered high quality solutions to her clients by creating team environments where people are trusted and motivated to strive for excellence.

Leslie holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Kansas, an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University, and a certificate in Project Management and Systems Planning from UCLA. She is a member of the National Association of Women in Business, and the Project Management Institute.

Janet Murry

Janet Murry

Janet has more than 25 years experience with information technology from both IT and business perspectives. Her IT management roles include application development, internal consulting and account management at First Interstate Services Company, McKesson and EDS - where she began her career as a systems engineer. She also headed alternative delivery, including electronic banking, at First Interstate Bancorp. Her consulting clients include United Airlines, Union Bank of California, New Energy Ventures, Treasury Services Corporation (now part of Oracle), Countrywide Bank and a number of smaller and start-up companies.

Janet has extensive experience in developing and implementing business strategies in complex environments. She is skilled in client relations, project management and business process design. Her strength is bridging stakeholders from new idea through development and execution. She is known for leadership, people development and getting results.

Janet has a BA in Mathematics from the University of California at Berkeley. She has served on the boards of Star System, Inc and Pulse EFT. She also serves as president of the board of the South Bay Center for Counseling.

Richard McClure

Richard McClure

Richard has over 30 years experience in IT and consulting, primarily in executive and managerial positions with significant P&L responsibilities.

Richard now works as an independent consultant offering executive coaching and facilitation services in the information technology industry.  Leveraging his management and business experience, Richard works on building a coaching relationship with IT leaders focused on improving their managerial and inter-personal skills.  He believes strongly in the importance of “team” to get desired results and doing what is necessary to achieve a high-functioning team environment.  His clients will attest to the value he brings, and to the refreshing to-the-point manner in which it is delivered.

Prior to starting his own consulting business, Richard held senior management and executive positions with IBM, the DMR Group (the largest IT consulting firm in Canada at that time), MCI Systemhouse, EDS, and Sapient. At DMR, Richard launched their US West Coast operation in Los Angeles.  Richard played a major role in that expanding DMR in California over a 10-year period to 200 people, initially as Managing Director for S. California, and later as VP of Marketing for the US Division. At MCI Systemhouse, as Managing Director, his responsibilities were to manage and oversee the delivery services of their new outsourcing business unit, which eventually comprised over $50M of annual revenues for the firm.  In 2000, Richard joined Sapient with a mandate to expand their business base with a specific focus on the Automotive Industry. By the end of 2003, when he retired from Sapient to focus on his private consulting business, the Automotive Sector in California had grown from a minor presence to over $12M in annual revenues under his leadership.

Susan Metros

Susan Metros

Susan offers over 20 years experience as an information and academic technology executive and leader and over 35 years of higher education faculty experience at tier one institutions including Michigan State University, The University of Tennessee- Knoxville, The Ohio State University and, most recently, The University of Southern California.

Her IT leadership portfolio includes CIO responsibilities and university-wide oversight for educational technologies, online learning, learning environments, web services and research computing. As an academic leader she has designed, directed and delivered residential and online degree programs, developed curricula and course plans, managed student services and designed innovative learning environments.

Susan consults, publishes and presents on strategic visioning and planning, leadership and mentoring, creativity and innovation, visual and multimedia literacy, and the role of technology in transforming higher education to be multi-modal, interactive and learner-driven. She is a professionally trained coach and mentor working with individuals and teams on career and organizational growth and work and life transitions. She has served on the New Media Consortium Board of Directors and the EDUCAUSE Board of Directors. 

Jeffrey Levine

Jeffrey has an MBA, CPCC and is an Executive coach, speaker and workshop leader with a private coaching practice and over 20 years of small business experience.  He has an MBA from Loyola Marymount University and his coaching certification from the Coaches Training Institute.

He was the Director of Finance and Business Affairs at a Hollywood talent agency and had the opportunity to oversee all human resources and contract functions while coaching both the CEO/Founder and the President on issues of management, employee and client relations and overall business strategy.  His ability to turn complex issues and difficult circumstances into opportunities for growth helped the agency double in size over 3 years – during the same period that the entertainment industry experienced a dramatic downturn.

In 2005 he was the president of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association and is currently a member of the LMU MBA Alumni board. As an independent coach, Jeffrey’s mission is to guide executives and managers to the heart of the matter.  What is it they truly want to accomplish?  Where did that brick wall come from?  How do we get from here to there?  His creative thinking combined with practical knowledge of running a successful business makes him a powerful ally in overcoming the challenges almost any business faces.

Marion's specialty is improving & enhancing presentation skills.  A motivational speaker, speechwriter and executive coach, she has trained and entertained clients from California to Israel.

Originally a TV comedy writer, she was a co-creator of “The Love Boat”.  A former Board member of  Professional Coaches and Mentors Association, Marion has also presented motivational workshops at So. Calif. community colleges.

Currently, she coaches corporate executives and others on improving their networking, presentation and writing skills.  Marion is well-acquainted with performing under fire.

She’s a recovered agoraphobic and speaks and coaches from personal experience on overcoming anxiety while maintaining a successful career.

Marion has presented at Professional Coaches and Mentors Association on:  “SPEAKING AS A COACH:  HOW TO SPEAK LIKE A PRO.”

Her presentations for local colleges and businesses include her motivational Workshops, “HOW TO ACHIEVE YOUR WILDEST DREAMS” and “SECRETS OF A GREAT PRESENTER.”  She has just launched a new workshop: "SPEED NETWORKING: HOW TO IMPRESS IN 30-SECONDS OR LESS." Her speaking background includes winning competitions at Toastmasters International.

Frank Wander

Frank was a Chief Information Officer at three different companies, and has held a wide array of leadership roles in a career spanning 34 years. He has deep functional expertise in organizational design, IT, client services, operations and management consulting.  Wander is a sought after speaker and panelist at industry events who connects with his audience by sharing meaningful stories, and proven strategies for creating high performance. He has given the keynote address at many technology industry events, and has appeared on Business Insider, internet radio, and in the Wall Street Journal.
