  • Reorganized the IT function in a $5.5B global entertainment company to create a closer alignment with business units by implementing a business liaison position.
  • Reduced turnover by 50% through a series of compensation, recognition, training and retention based programs.
  • Improved overall customer satisfaction at a $1B wireless communications company 2.4 points on a scale of 1 to 10 over 3 years.
  • Turned around a low morale, low productivity, high turnover organization into a performing unit at a major California bank.

Operations

  • Outsourced data center operations saving $10M over 3 years.
  • Negotiated $600M in HW and SW contracts with vendors over 16 years as a CIO.
  • Established Service Level Agreements with customers for delivered services. Negotiated and managed a $25M software development project for a customer service, billing and administration system for a multinational corporation with overseas operations.
