Ribka started her professional career as an engineer with Hughes Missile Systems Co. (now Raytheon) and General Motors, before transitioning into human resources. Now with more than 25+ years of HR leadership experience in a variety of industries, including non-profit, healthcare, e-commerce, and entertainment, Ribka is an experienced and people-centric leader. She has served on executive teams in large and small organizations with oversight of all Human Resources functions, with significant experience coaching leaders and teams. Her HR leadership journey includes for-profit and nonprofit organizations such as Honeywell, Quest Diagnostics, and The California Endowment.
A dedicated Wolverine, Ribka holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering and a BA in English Literature from the University of Michigan, as well as an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), holds Six Sigma Greenbelt certification, and is a member of MENSA International. She also has experience serving on nonprofit boards, including EmpowHer Institute, U of MI Ross Women in Business, and Girls On The Run – Los Angeles.

She has a proven track record of delivering results, mitigating risks, and enabling growth with a focus on equity, simplicity, and sustainability.
