Position:
We are seeking a Software Developer with strong web application programming skills. It requires strong attention to detail, and responsible for contributing and supporting applications using .NET Framework and modern front-end technologies. Working knowledge of understanding of web technologies, such as HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript is essential. Must be willing to be flexible with priorities as they change rapidly in our dynamic fast-paced environment. This position requires a minimum of five years’ experience in web and software design and implementation.

Primary Duties:

• Develop and implement new software programs and web applications
• Develop Business Intelligence Dashboards
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing software
• Maintain a high level of code integrity by writing clean and testable code
• Build reusable and scalable code using established design patterns
• Collaborate with other team members and product stakeholders
• Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization
• Work with business analysts and product development team to understand business requirements
• Self-management of scheduling and deadlines
• Available for once a month weekend support for releases

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study
• 5+ year experience in web and software development
• Solid C# / ASP.NET experience required
• Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies, such as HTTP, HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Tableau and Power BI
• Team orientated and at the same time has ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Minimum of one (1) year experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a multitasking environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Experience working in small collaborative groups using Agile methodologies
