    Job Description: 

    The Helpdesk Analyst job duties responsibilities include but are not limited to answering and recording incoming problems and requests for service from internal and external customers, resolving service requests in the most effective and efficient manner following the established service level agreements and providing initial troubleshooting and triage for support requests.

    60% Manages a caseload of incoming service requests each day.

    •       Records and resolves incoming requests for service.

    •       Documents and maintains a detail history of the case notes from start to finish.

    •       Proactively suggests improvements to reduce incoming requests.

    •       Provides a high degree of customer satisfaction, technical expertise, accuracy, and timeliness.

    •       Facilitates communication upward and across team including status, variance and technical information.

    20% Creates knowledge base tools for future reference on “how to” solve problems step by step.

    10% Gives and receives training on products that are supported by the Help Desk.

    10% Audits case activity to verify that the tickets are being closed under SLAs.
